The Guilty Feminist podcast is produced by The Spontaneity Shop, who makes sure that venues, guests, recording engineers, websites and so on are all paid for. Our share of the income from the sale of merchandise, both at live events and from this website, are going to be put into a separate account – The Guilty Feminist Pot For Good Things.
What we will be able to do with these funds will depend on how much we raise, but we would like to use it to support charities, like our work with Help Refugees; to fund self-contained artistic projects like Suffrageddon; and to help pay the wages of some of the wonderful women behind the scenes who help us to bring you the podcast every week and keep you informed about it, as our operation expands.
